May 8, 11 p.m.) '' "'".. .'.'../.London; May 8:" Nonconformist Liberal members of the House of Commons approved the religious safeguards in the Home Rule Bill, and thanked the Government for the disendowment of the Church in Wales. The "Times" states that at least a dozen Labour Commoners acquiesce in disestablishment, but aro antagonistic to disendowment, which they consider to bo a sin against tho elementary principles of justice and policy.
