TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Douinioh.l WEDNESDAY. Artichoke soup. Steak anil kidney pudding. Potatoes. Parsnips. French pancake:,. STKAK AND KIDNKY PUDDING. Unit .1 pound of flour, quarter pound of suet, one tea spoonful baking powder, a pinch of salt, cold water to mix, two pounds steak, two sheep's kidneys, one dessertspoonful Hour, one teaspoon'ul salt, half a toaspoonful pepper. Mix the flour, pepper, and salt together on a plate; cut the meat.into small pieees and mix it with the seasoned flour. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in u basin, shred and chop the suet, and mix it with the flour. Mix to a. stiff paste with water. Work out tho eraeks and roll out about, a quarter of an inch thick. Grease a pudding basin and line it with crust. Till with the steak and nearly fill with water. Cover with crust. Tie down tightly with a pudding cloth, and boil for four hours. Turn out and serve. FOIt TO-MORROW. Potatoes, stock, shoulder of mutton, suet, golden syrup, raisins.
