Morten and Slater w.ere now associated, but, with a single added, the latter was bowled by Hartigan. 83-1-0. Wickstead, who followed, did little better. Carter clean bowled him for a. single.—Bo—3—l. Corbett and .Morion took the score to 122, when Faulkner got the former leg-before. 122—fi—2-1. This was the score at the luncheon adjournment.
