ANOTHER PRESIDENT. PROCLAMATION BY GOMEZ. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (I'cc. May 7, 10.ID p.m.) Mexico City, May 7. Vasnez Gomez, who took a loading part in tho revolt against General Madero, has issued a proclamation at Jaurez formally assuming responsibility as tho provisional President. It is reported that United States troops are preparing to leave to strengthen tho frontier guards.
