COURT OP INQUIRY DECISION. By Telejraph—Press Association-Copyright. London, May 3. The Court of Inquiry has found that the steamer Oceana was alone to blame for the collision with the X'isagua. The Pisagua's officers declared at the inquiry that the Oceana was not steering her proper course. Mr. Justice Evans, in giving judgment, said he accepted the Pisagua's officers' story implicitly.
