Section 5, 78 acres, S. Walkley. £\G 10s. per acre. Section 6. 78 acres, W. Tuoni, .£IG lOa. per acre. Section 7, 78 acres, G. F. Ranby, £15 15s. per cicro. The faming interests in this district havo for yenrs sought the. subdivision of this land*' which was eventually mado by Ereni Tβ Awe Awe. It is believed fo be the first instance of the Native people subdividing and selling the land.
