HARDWARE RE-UNION.
THE ANNUAL GATHERING. The annual re-union of Wellington hardware firms was held in the Tiffin Tea Rooms last night. There was a large gathering, over which Mr. Briggs presided. . . * During the evening the Hardware Cup, a shooting trophy, was presented to (.his year's premier team —Messrs. C. and A. Odlin's representatives. Tho presentation was formally made by the chairman (Mr. Briggs), who congratulated tho team 011 their victory. Jfr. Briggs's congratulatory remarks wero very heartily endorsed by the company, and the toast of the winning team was honoured-enthusiastically. The evening was spent very pleasantly, a number of well-selected items of entertainment being rendered by members erf tho gathering.
