MR. KEIB HAEDIE'S LATEST OUTBURST. By Telegraph—Press Association— Oopyriffht (Rec. April 30, 11.30 p.m.) London, April 30. Mr. Keir Hardie, M.P., speaking at Rochdale, declared that the Independent Labour party was out for a revolutionary upheaval, which would change the face of society. He commended the Olympic strikers for refusing to work with blacklegs.
