The new instructor has had five years' experience in practical farming, and is a Bachelor of Science, and the holder of high agricultural and dairying diplomas. He has conducted experiments and demonstrations, and has lectured under the Irish Department of Agriculture, anil for twelve months he was assistant at tho principal Glasgow Agricultural College, as well as doing similar work at other colleges for two years. .—
