G. W Aitkeu. "When 1 go down to Dimedin," commented tlie chairman of the board (Mr. D. Robertson), "and see the grand palaco ot a station they have got down (here, it makes me feel wild to think of our ov.-n Jittle station here. It's our own fault. We ought to keep oil asking and asking till wo get what we want." Mr. D. M'Laren hoped that nobody would press for station right in tlie heart of tho city, lie felt suro that if the.y went to work in a unanimous spirit the Government would bo impressed with tho fact that tliey bad a good case.
