FEZ MUTINY.
HEROIC TELEGRAPH CLERK. MURDER AND MUTILATION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Reo. April 23, 0.15 a.m.) Tangier, April 22.' Tho mutineers at Fez disarmed and imprisoned eight French civilians. Fifteen military instructors were- murdered by tie mutineers, who mutilated the dead and paraded tho bodies in the streets. •The better class of Moors hid tho Europeans in their houses. ' M. Baclen, a telegraph clerk at Fez, did not forsake his post, though tho mutineers killed three- of his comrades. Ho telegraphed the news to Tangier, and concluded his message with tho words: "I am at my post waiting my turn."
