Riipir, 1 tablespoonfiil water, 1 tablespoonfiil cream, 10 drops rauillii, loz. butter, a pinch of «ilt. Make a syrup of the sugar and water; let it cool slightly, then add the wellstirred yolks of the eggs, the. cream and vanilla; whip Hie whites of the pggs to a stiff froth, and add very,lightly; put the butter into a pan; wlien very hot, pour in the mixture; do not stir, but let it brotvn slightly; turn and let the other side brown; serve at once on a hot dish.
