NAVAL TRAINING SQUADRON.
CHANGES BY MR. CHURCHILL. Br Telcrraph—Press Association—Oonrriithl London, April 16. The First Lord of llie Admiralty, Mr. Winston Churchill, is establishing a special training squadron of eight- ships, two for cadots end tho roinaiiuler for boys and stokers. He is also arranging for a modification in the conditions of admission to the Navy and for training cadets.
