PROBATE OF WILLS. On the motion of Mr. J. W. Administration was obtained from thn Court in respect of tho estates of tho following deceased intestate persons:—Mary Moynihan, late of Wellington, widow; Samuel Kcid M'Bride, lato of Auckland, tailor>Ann Mooney, late of Christchurch, spinster; John Anderson, late of Auckland, farmer; Duncan M'Swcyn, late of Berwick, labourer; Mary Jane Cunningham, late of Wellington, laundress; Henry Bullock, late of AVaihi, miner; John Laurice, late of West Oxford, settler; Andrew M'Millan, late of Auckland, porter; David Daleßryham, lato of Wanganui, dairyman; Kebecca Dohnt, late of Alfredton, married woman; Henry Smith, late of Millerton, miner; Alison Breadley, late of Orari, married woman.
