PUBLIC TRUST OFFICE.
PROBATE OF WILLS. On the motion of Mr. J. W. Macdonald, the Supreme Court has granted the Public Trustee probate of tho wills of the undermentioned deceased persons:—John Wilson, lato of Wellington, builder; Charles Crump, late of Paimerston South, commission agent; Liudsey Brown, late of Auckland, storekeeper; liargarct Thompson, lato of Wellington, spinster; James Mackintosh, late of Auckland, compositor; Samuel Wright, late of Lyttelton, fireman; Arthur Lewis Daniel Cooper, late of Auckland, master mariner. Administration was obtained from thn Court in respect of tho estates of tho following deceased intestate persons:—Mary Moynihan, late of Wellington, widow; Samuel Kcid M'Bride, lato of Auckland, tailor>Ann Mooney, late of Christchurch, spinster; John Anderson, late of Auckland, farmer; Duncan M'Swcyn, late of Berwick, labourer; Mary Jane Cunningham, late of Wellington, laundress; Henry Bullock, late of AVaihi, miner; John Laurice, late of West Oxford, settler; Andrew M'Millan, late of Auckland, porter; David Daleßryham, lato of Wanganui, dairyman; Kebecca Dohnt, late of Alfredton, married woman; Henry Smith, late of Millerton, miner; Alison Breadley, late of Orari, married woman.
