Followers of the Association game aro also to be catered for, and a match has been arranged between Wellington and I'iUmorston North. There are • other outdoor events. In the butter and cheeso classes, the Wcddell, Shaw, Savill, and Albion, New Zealand .Shipping Co., and other cups are to be again competed for. Fruits and vegetables and farm products are well provided for, and the usual chnmpionshins aro again out for capture. The home industries division has im item which should prove of interest to competitors in tho shape of a valuable Singer sewing machine as a most points trophy, to be won threo times at intervals or twice in succession. The Manawatu Poultry AsFockitkm is this year making a special olfort, and great things are-anticipated. The championships allotted by tho Xorth Island Poultry Association are for Orpingtons.
