THE BILL MODIFIED.

The introduction of the Welsh Disestablishment Bill will be delayed until the Nationalists return from the Home Eulo Convention. In order to secure a Government majority, the Bill has been modified, so as to permit the Tfelsh dioceses to retain their Members of Convocation. '
