BREAD AND MARMALADE PUDDING. .Some thin si iocs of stole bread without crust, 3oz. butter, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 ten cup marmalade, 2 1 pint warm milk. Butter the bread, then butter n piedish, place on bottom .1 layer of marmalade, then a layer of buttered bread. Kepeat until the dish is full, turn the buttered side down on top layer. .Make a custard of beaten eggs, sugar and milk, pour over, then grate nutmeg over and bake half an hour.
