DISORDERLY MEETING.

While endeavouring to address a meeting of men and boys at the Oddfellows' Hall, Pctone, jesterday, Mr. 1!. 8. Bligh, a lecturer of the White Cross League, was subjected to a good ileal of interruption, some horse-play being also in evidence. Tho speaker, after dealing with his subject, "Nature's Man," proceeded to explain remedies for accidents of a minor nature. 4 110 was only allowed to eontinuo at intervals, owing to the continued outbursts (some of applause anil others of groans)", and the slightest hesitation on his part was t.he signal for jeers. Oil these occasions, Mr. Bligh merely waited for tho uproars to subside, anil struggled on. At the conclusion he asked for volunteers to take up the collection. Two youths offered, and were cheered by a section of the bouse. The meeting eventually closcil in some disorder.
