MADERO IN DIFFICULTY S. FOREIGN FINANCIAL CLAIMS. By Teleerapli—Press Assoclation-Oopyrislit Washington, April 8. There are reports from Mexico that the Madero Government is likely to fall. The country is facing debts amounting to 1,000,000,000 dollars, and claims are being made by foreign investors. The loss is due to the disturbed state of the country. Efforts are being made to secure intervention by tho United States, but the Government ia reluctant to act, because suspicions would be engendered on. the part of other Central and South American republics, already none too well disposed towards the United States.
