Admiral Peary, discovorer of tho North Pole, declares his belief that Captain Scott reached the South Polo at tho end of February. Ho says that two interesting Arctic problems remain for solution—namoly, the exploration of Crocker Land, tho penetration of tho largo area bolween tho North Polo aud Behring Strait, and a second crossing of Grconland at its widest part.
