THE HOME RULE QUESTION. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Palmcrston North, April 8. Tho Orange Grand Lodge continued its sessions to-day. A cable message was forwarded to Belfast tendering greetings to tho great Orange meeting to bo held thoro to-morrow, and urging t.ho Irish Orangemen to stand to their principles, nml promising financial and material assistance in the struggle against Homo ]tnle. A resolution was also passed protesting against tho No Tcmero Decree, which tho conference, considered was dostrnclivo of tho religious harmony it desired to promote, ami that >111 interference by any Church Willi civil law should bo followed by prosecution and imprisonment, as had been found ncccssary in lioman Catholic countries. A copy of tho resolution is to be forwarded In each member of tho Cabinet, with a request (hat. they prohibit tlio publication of flit? decree in tho Dominion. Mr. 10. X. Biiddon was re-elected R.W.G.M., and Mr. William Hunter, D.G.M.
