PEACEFUL ACTIVITY. NO WIDENING OP ITALIAN. BOUNDARIES. By Telegraph.—Press Association-Copyright (Heo, April 7, 5.5 p.m.) London, April 6. "The Times'" Tripoli correspondent slates that peaceful activity is gradually gaining sway in Tripoli, and there is every prospect of successful co-operation between the Italians and the Arabs in the development of tho country since the oasis has been cleared. There has been no appreciable widening of Italian boundaries, nor a single yard gained since Gargarest was occupied on January 20.
