A TRADE UNION IMMUNE. By Telecraph—rress Asaocl'itlon-Coprrfiihl London, April 5. Vacher and Sons sued the London Society of Compositors for libel, but the Court of Appeal decided that under tho Trade Disputes Act a trade union was immuno. Mr. Justice I'arwell, in dissenting, remarked that tho libel was an absolute lie and peculiarly offensive.
