ALLEGED FRAUDULENT BANK
Bj Telegraph—Presa Association—Oopyrfcht (Rcc. March 31, 5.5 p.m.) Paris, March 30. A bank was recently founded hero for tho purpose of investing money in mortgages in South America, and a capital of ten million francs (about £100,000) was subscribed by the public. The first instalment, comprising 400,000 francs, was paid yesterday, when the polico intervened, and seized tho properly of tlio concern. They found only security for 2000 francs.
