Henry Sargeant for tho founding of a lino arts gallery in Wnngaliui, tho sum of between ,£13,000 anil <£14,000 will be immediately available, and a similar amount will 1:3 further available at his widow's death, tho Borough Solicitor havi'jg advised the council that it can legally accept the trust. It has formally decided to do so, and has instructed its Finance Committee to report on all matters in connection therewith.
