FAILING TO KEEP PROPER BOOKS
(B* Telezracli.-Prosm Association. Hamilton; March 2". Henry Hollick, of Rotorua, a bankrupt, for failing to keep proper books, pleaded guilty, and was sentenced to lour <'en days' imprisonment', with hard labour. Mr. Loughnan, S.M., said it was quito certain that bankrupt had absolutely no knowledge of book-keeping.
