FRENCH LOANS.
FUNDS FOR STATE RAILWAYS. By Telecraph-rrcss Aiiacl'UUn—Oovirlgltl (Eec. March 25, 9.30 p.m.) Paris, March 25. The Municipal Council recommends a loan of J!S,000,000 to provide cheap artisans' dwellings. Tho State railway loan of .£12,000,000 has been subscribed thirty-two fold.
