SUM OF £750,000 PAID UP. By Telesraph—PrcEß Association-Copjrißht London, March 24. The underwriters have ,paid i; 750,000 to tho insurers of the bullion (of tho valuo of .£1,000,000) which was lost through the recent foundering, of the P. and O. Line.r Oceana, after a collision with the German barque Pisagua, oft' Beachy Head, on tho 15th inst. This is the promptest settlement on record.
