FPIDAY. Baked Shiffcd Schnnpper. Potatoes. Macaroni with Tnnintoes. Boiled Batter I'mldiug. BOILED BATTER PUDDING. Four heaped tablcspoonfuls flour, I e£g3, 1 pint of milk, a liltlo salt. Mix tho Hour with a little milk till it forms a smooth, stiff paste, boil the rest of tho milk, and pour it gradually on to tho (lour; it ought to thicken like starch. When cool, stir in the beaten yolks of the eggs, and then the whites, beaten to a stiff froth. These must be mixed in lightly. Boil for 11 hours in a wollbuttered basin or cloth, leaving plenty of room for tho pudding to swell. Servo with sauce. FOE TO-MORROW. Ono ox-tail, pickled walnuts, pears, vegetable marrow. FOB SUNDAY. Two lb. tomatoes, stock, fowl, bacon, green peas, pineapple. FOR SUPPER. Five or six lb: brisket of beef (boiled and pressed), salad, raspberry jam, gelatine, fruit for stewing.
