MR. MILLAR'S CHANCES. <By Telegraph—Press Asso.UaMon.) New Plymouth, March 20. It is reported here on excellent authority that at the Government caucus meeting in Wellington to-morrow the Hon. J.. A.' Millar will command a preponderance of votes for Prime Ministership houours, and that the inner circle of tho party has decided that he is to tako the position. It is also stated that a number of the present Ministers aro to bo retired, but that neither Sir James Carroll nor tho Hon. R. M'lCeuzio will be on this list.
