TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Domikion.l WEDNESDAY. Haricot of Mutton. Potatoes. Cabbage, llread and Jam Fritters. BREAD AND ,IAM MITTENS. Some slices of tliin bread and butter, jam, batter, fat for frying. Make sandwiches of the bread and butter and jam. When the fat is still and smoking put in the fritters and fry a golden brown colour. Drain on paper, sprinkle with castor sugar and servo very hot. BATTER FDR FIiITTEItS. Quarter of a pound Hour, 1 egg, I teaspoonful butter, 1 gill tepid water. I'ut, thu Hour into a basin, beat the yolk of egg with the water, llako into a smooth batter with the Hour, ndd tlio butter (melted) and just beforo using the white ol' egg beaten stiffly. FOR TO-MORROW. Leg of Mutton. Veal Forcemeat. Cauliflower. Suet.' Golden Syrup.
