(By Telegraph.—Press AKOciation.) Duncdin, March IG. The W.C.T.U. Convention this morning received tho report of the editor of tho "White Ribbon," the oflicial organ. The paper had been increased by four pages, ono of which is in the Maori language. Tho circulation has increased this year by 300. The paper shows a gooi! credit balance for the year. The editor and business manager were both rroppointed. The following resolution was passed: "As tho convention of the.Women's Christian Temperance Union; we desire to show our appreciation of the address Mr. Flamaiik recently gave at a meeting of tho Educational Institute, in Tiiuaru, and we ret|iu-st tho Government to take immediate action to appoint qualified men and women doctors to lecture to the elder boys and girls of the schools on sex physiology on scientific lines.
