[Specially written for Tn« DeniJtion.l MONDAY. Jlaoaroni and Meat Pudding. Potatoes. French fienns. Dice Pudding. Stewed Peaches. MACARONI AND MEAT PUDDING. Three-quarters of n pound of cold meat, 3oz. stale bread, 1 egg, pepper ami salt, parsley or a little onion, 40/.. Macaroni, a little stock or milk. Hoil tho macaroni in salted water until tender. liuttor a plain mould or pudding basin and line it with tho macaroni, putting it round in a circle. Minco the meat, mid the seasonins? «nd the broad (which must be previously soaked in stock or milk), and the well-brnten egff, moisten with a little stock or milk, put into the prepared mould and steam for 2 hours. Serve with tomato puree poured round, not over, the pudding. FOR TO-MORROW. Loin of Pork. Apples. Sage. Onions. Beans. Fruit. Tapioca.
