HOTEL DESTROYED.
4 FIRE AT LEVIN. (By Telcirapl.'-Pros 'Af'soolatlon.) Levin, March 15. The TYwcroa Hotel, Levin, was comnletoly destroyed by firo last night, Tho building burned rapidly, and tho occupants escaped only jn their night attire. The fall of a chimney on to tho roof of a store-room crushed it in, and occasioned superficial injuries to two occupants, necessitating surgical attention. The origin of tue outbreak is un> known. Tho hotel was insured for .£I7OO, and) the stock and furniture for .£BOO in the Atlas office. Messrs. Staples and Co. wore the owners. The personal effoote of Mrs. Higgine, tho licensee, were insured for .(MOO in the Ocean office.'
