MOVING FOR A NEW TRIAL. ißy Teleirraph—Press Association.! Napier, March 13. The plaintiff in the libel suit Siinson v. "Hawko's Bay Tribune," in which a farthing damages wa-s awarded, is moving for a new trial on the grounds—(l) That the verdict was defective, the jury having found for plaintiff on the main issue and inconsistently on others; (2) that the defendants proved only half their plea of justification; (3) that the veftlict of the jury was not unanimous.
