BLUFF WATERSIDE WOTUvEKS. IBy TekcraDh.-I'rost AssoelatUn.l Invercarglll, March 13. Negotiations in regard to the dcninnds of the Bluff wnterside workcrs'havc reached a deadlock. The men, though they recently secured an award, arc dissatisfied because of higher rates granted since to men in the north, and have made fresh demands. Tlm employers have made an offer, but neither side will agree to the other's proposals. The men have called a meeting to ducido what action to take, and if the decision is for a strike it is expected that the men will be out before Monday.
