REMOVAL ORDERED BV GOVERNMENT. By Telegraph— Vrsss Aseociation—Copyrieht (Rec. March 12, 10.15 p.m.) Ottawa, March 12. A special Government Commission has ordered tho removal to another site of the town of Frank, Alberta, a now coalmining settlement of 3000 inhabitants, situated under an overhanging mountain. A rock and a snow-slido has imperilled (he position of the residents. In 1903 eighty-four lives were lost in an enormous rock-slide, which wrecked some of the mines. A new town has been planned some distance from the old.
