Miea Jessie Chapman, of Lynn, Massachusetts, walking up to a neighbour, Mrs. Florence Ingullis, with whom she had quarrelled, drew a revolver, and fired six shots. Mrs. Ingullis died instantly, and the other woman then gave herself up, admitting tho crime.
