The Prims Minister, Mr. Asquith, on being questioned in the House of Commons,'said tho Homo Rule Bill would not be introduced before Easter. The Government hoped to introduce the Welsh Disestablishment Bill on April 12. The postponement of the Home Rule Bill has caused disappointment in Nationalist circles. It is believed to Lβ due to the Cabinefa preoccupation with the strike.
