POSITION OF GREAT DANGER. By Telejrraph—Press AannelnUon—Copyright Chicago, March C. , The United .States War Secretary, Mr. Stimson, explained to a large audience, when speaking on the United States foreign policy, that great danger to foreigners might be apprehended in Mexico. If the Mexicans once got the idea that the .United States menaced them by the army now stationed near the border, they would wreak their vengeance on all foreigners within the country. RAPID SPREAD OF INSURRECTION. (Rec' March 7, 10.10 p.m.) New York, March 7. Dispatches from Chihuahua, Mexico, announce General Orozco has been appointed General of all the insurrectionary forces operating in Northern Mexico. The appointment indicates a still greater spread of the insurrection.
