CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE. At tho end of the present month the term will expire for which Messrs. Harold licmiehamp, of Wellington, nnd Win. Milne, of Oamaru, wero appointed, by tho Ctorornmcnt, to tho directorate of the Bank of New Zealand. Cabinet has renppointed Mr. Milne and Mr. D. J. Nutliau is to succeed Mr. lieanchnmp. Tho board of directors will meet during the first week in April to elect, a chairman. Mr. lieatichamp left New Zealand somo months ago to make a tour of Canada and Knglaml, and is al present in the latter country. Mr. Nathan, the now member, was born in Wellington on August ,'lO, 1858. lie was educated first at privato schools hen- anil lutterly al Hie Wellington College.
