Mr. lieatichamp left New Zealand somo months ago to make a tour of Canada and Knglaml, and is al present in the latter country. Mr. Nathan, the now member, was born in Wellington on August ,'lO, 1858. lie was educated first at privato schools hen- anil lutterly al Hie Wellington College.
