(By Telcßraph.-SiJccial CorrcwoniJenU Wanganui, March G. The Wanganui mcnibo-s of the Seventh Regiment left to-day for Ktfkariki, on tho Rangitikei River, where a training camp is to bo held. Tho enginee.r for the Gonville-Castlecliff Tramway Board reports that the track to tho heads should bo completed during the present month, but, owing to the delay caused by the non-arrival of material, the construction of the overhead gear would not be completed till later. Ninety-five men are employed on tho road, but the engineer states that ho finds it impossible to get as much labour as is necessary.
