THE DUTIIIE CUP. The Diithie Cup is to be played for by the Wellington, AYuiiganni, and Hutt Clubs (two rinks each) to-day, on the Wellington Club's green in Wordsworth Street; This match uMmlly excites ii good deal of interest among the bowling fraternity, and will doubtless attract a good deal of attention to-day. The rinks will be entertained nt luncheon at the pavilion, and this evening the visitors will k trend a smoke concert in tho Wellington Club's social hall. The Wellington Club's rinks will l,o:— Wylie, Veitch, Bush. Bnllinger (s.); Price, Hamilton, Porteous, Moult (s.). The Wangnuui rinks will be skipped by Rodwell and Ross. The AYanganui rinks are as follow:-— Hoggnrd, Collins, Louden, Nod well (s.); Atkinson, Keesine;, Dickson, Ross (s.). ■ AVtingjinui will meet the Hutt this morning, and the winners will play Wellington during the afternoon.
A DOMINION ASSOCIATION. (By Teleeraph—Press Aasociatlon.l Auckland, March 5. The Auckland Provincial Bowling Association has instructed the executive committee to assist the Northern Bowling Association and the New Zealand Bowling Association in'bringing about (he amalgamation of all bowlers throughout the Dominion under a Dominion association.
