HAWKE'S BAY AUTUMN SHOW.

TO BE HELD TO-MORROW. The committee of tho Hawke's Bay A. and.l'. Society acted wisely when they decided to bring their autumn show to an earlier date, with a view to catching the end of .the fruit season. Up to last year their second fixture was more of n winter show, "10 chief exhibits being farm roots and vegetables, but a year ov moro ago they joined hands with-the Fruitgrowers' Association at Hastings, and the result, it is predicted, is going to be an exhibition of fruit on a scale never before seen in the Dominion. This year the number of fruit entries has 'jumped to SSO, and the opportunity to s»o a great show is one that should not bo missed. Tho exhibition takes place at Hastings on March 6, and besides fruit there are a thousand and moro otuer entries of- various produce.
