MOTOR BUSES.
A PALMEBSTON COMPANY. (B7 Tclocraph—Presa Association.) Palmerston North. March i. It was to-night decided to form a company, with a capital of -£10,000 in ono pound shares, to purchase and run motor 'buses in Palmerston North and to surrounding country districts, beginning with Rongotea. The type of motor proposed is to cost about .£GOO in London, to carry 25 passengers, and to he of forty horsepower. A recent tramway proposal, at a cost of .£69,000 for tho town alone, is at present before the people, and it is likely that the motor-bus proposal will be urged in its stead. -.
