STRANGE STORY FROM NEW YORK. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright New York, March 3. A man named Arbauo, who has confessed to implication in the recent taxicab robbery, declared that he robbed the robbers who stole the wB3OOO from tho bank messengers. Arbauo says he entered n saloon where the loot was being divided, and bluffed the men into giving him .£2OOO. As he was departing two other men held him up and obliged him to part with some of the booty. He then iled to Havana, where a woman relieved hiin of the balance.
