FURJOUS SCENE BETWEEN POLITICIANS. By Teleerajh—Press Amciatlon—Ospyrtehi New York, March 3. There was an exciting, scene during a debate of the House of Representatives' Committee in connection with the Lawrence (Massachusetts) strike. A proposal was made by Mr. Berger, a Socialist, member from Wisoonsin, to adjourn tho hearing of the citizens' 6ide of the strike dispute. Mr. Macartney, u member of the Lawrence Citizens' Committee, opposed tho proposal on tho ground of the expense of keeping witnesses in Washington. Mr. Berger objected to (he collection of funds, alleging that any assistanco given would be blood money. A furious scene followed, other members preventing Mr. Berger and Mr. Macartney from fighting.
