Major-General Lord Cheylesmore, chairman of the National Riflo Association, interviewed regarding the angry Canadian criticisms of tho association's rules, says it is absurd to suggest that the new sighting regulations for the Bisley meetings are designed to handicap Canadian marksmen. Tho latter will be given an extension of lime in which to alter' their sights.
