CHEAPER FOOD.
STATE ENTERS FISH TRADE. By, Tekjrraph—Press Aeeociatlon—Copyright Perth, February 29. Mr. Scaddan, the Premier, declares that the Government intends to bring about a reduction in the price of the people's food, and is already making a move to distribute 15 tons of fish weekly at a reduction of 50 per cent, on the present price. Tho Government is also considering the question of the establishment of State brickworks and the erection of people's homes.
