Southwell and John Lcnimone hail gone still higher with -£111, at which figure they will obtain the hall. As they must also defray incidental charges for organ, etc., the cost to them before the doors open will be .Cl2O. Then they must pay for advertising, artists, anil other expenses. These gentlemen were also the successful tenderers for Easter Holiday night, but their knowledge of Ihe comparative drawing power limited their tender to .£27 10s. Great Britain exported lo Canada during the last fiscal year goods lo a value exceeding ,£'22,000,000.
